Chris Keller
He is specialized in: Grow room design, genetics identification and selection, plant count density, SOP development from clone to post harvest. Soil development, Clone management, Bloom maintenance, Harvest management, Machine trim, hand trim and Dry/Cure Techniques.
Chris was Director of Cultivation for four years at Incredibles in Colorado where he designed and built all three grow facilities as well as created company cultivation, harvest and cure SOP’s.
He assisted in preparing the Incredibles application and securing the grow license in Ohio, after which he specially designed their indoor double-stacked footprint grow.
Upon becoming Director of Cultivation for One Plant Florida Chris and Charles Bailey (VP Farm Operations) initially retrofitted a failing hydroponic tomato grow in Ruskin Florida into the state’s only premium organic GMP-rated cannabis cultivation and processing facility including a new roof build, implementing all new lighting systems (LED), overhauling watering systems implementing new feed and fertigation schedules, as well as designing cyclical perpetual harvests cycles. While upgrading and retrofitting was underway Chris pheno hunted ideal genetics and strain for quickly changing environmentals. Chris & Charles built out dry cure infrastructure, added air conditioning, updated power which led to increased flower and canopy by 50% within 3 months of implementing these new systems. Once retrofit was complete Chris developed all procedures at the farm for: clone, veg, bloom (6,000 sq/ft) and bloom (24,000 sq/ft). While overseeing cultivation at Ruskin Chris managed all cultivation related hiring, orders, and vendor relationships.
Once One Plant Florida moved to their new 54,000 sq/ft Indiantown Florida grow facility he designed, implemented, and managed all processes relating to: clone (2000 plant/week), veg (5600 plants) as well as eight 5,000 sq/ft bloom rooms with over 10,000 plants. Chris steadily increased yields and in less than a year was averaging over 70g per sq ft of usable premium flower. Additionally, Chris drafted all SOPs regarding: harvest planning and procedures as well as dry/cure/trim processes. Lastly, he processed all materials orders and managed all vendor relationships across cultivation at One Plant Florida.
