Brady Cobb
Chief Executive Officer
Brady Cobb is the founder and former CEO of Bluma Wellness Inc. d/b/a One Plant Florida, which was acquired by Cresco Labs, Inc. (CRLBF) in April of 2021 for $214 MM in an all-stock transaction. Bluma Wellness owned and operated a vertically-integrated, licensed medical cannabis company in the state of Florida doing business as “One Plant Florida.”
Michael Bondurant
Chief Strategy Officer
A native Floridian, Mike joined the United States Coast Guard and then earned a degree from Florida State University.
He began his professional career in the automotive industry 1994-1997, Alamo Rent A Car, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp and AutoNation. Held various positions in sales, inventory and logistics as well as general sales management for a mega-dealer in South Florida.

Chief Commercial Officer
Ryan grew up in Southern California, Anchorage, Alaska and Seattle, Washington before graduating from Washington State University with degrees in Communication & Business Administration then attending Cal Berkeley Haas School of Business with a focus in finance.”
Christopher Polaszek
Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Acting as our Chief Legal Officer, Chris has over twenty years of experience in the legal arena. After earning a BS, MBA, and JD (cum laude) at the Florida State University he went on to gain his LL.M.in Securities & Financial Regulation at Georgetown University. Chris has served as an advisor, advocate, trusted business partner, strategist, teammate, and brawler for and to cannabis and wellness companies, entrepreneurs, startups, and professional and Olympic athletes.
Richard Samuels
Chief Financial Officer
Richard is a seasoned financial executive with over twenty years of finance and accounting experience. Richard received his undergraduate degree in business management with concentrations in finance, human resource management, and computer science from Boston College. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Richard is proficient in financial statement preparation using both US GAAP and IFRS and is up to date on all of the latest pronouncements.
Chris Rice
Director of Marketing & Creative
Although a Florida native and graduate from Florida State University with a focus on theatre, film and creative writing Chris started his branding and marketing career out west in Los Angeles as an associate over a decade ago working for Heave Design. By the time Chris made partner he was responsible for discovering a brand’s identity and brand guidelines as well the creative of deliverables for website design and marketing.
Chris Keller
Director of Cultivation
After graduating University of Colorado, Boulder (Environmental Design & Architectural Engineering) Chris started his career in cannabis cultivation in Colorado. With over twenty years experience in all aspect of cannabis cultivation from Colorado to California to Florida, indoor, outdoor or hybrid grows, Chris is a true cannabis pioneer.
Charles Bailey
Director of Operations
With degrees in both Plant Sciences and Greenhouse Management Charles was one of the first members of the One Plant Florida team. His initial focus was at the One Plant Florida facility in Ruskin Florida. Along with Chris Keller (V.P. Cultivation) Charles renovated and rejuvenated every aspect of the antiquated facility.
Kevin Fitzpatrick
Director of Lab Operations & Processing
A University of Tulsa Sports Illustrated Football All American with a degree in business Kevin is our solventless concentrates expert. He began his career in cannabis as a grower in Colorado, followed by Oregon and Oklahoma and had a combined 7+ years’ experience before showing up in Florida.
