Ryan is a true Alcoholic Beverage Industry veteran with over 25 years combined experience and held numerous upper-management positions with prestigious wineries throughout the country with his career beginning at E&J Gallo Winery starting with their “Management Development Program” (MDP). During his 20+ year tenure at E&J Gallo Winery he held multiple positions that led to extensive experience in Operations, Marketing, Distributor Management and lead Customer Selling within Retail & On-Premise Channels. His performance resulted in him leading the sales department as the National Sales Manager, On-Premise. In this position, Ryan managed in excess of 8 million cases and $440 million in revenue, and led the development of strategies, which drove Gallo’s Ultra-Premium initiatives across all sub channels within On-Premise accounts and averaged +5% CGAR over his tenure.

Because of Ryan’s performance and accomplishments at E&J Gallo Winery he was aggressively recruited by Foley Family Wines and became their EVP, Chief Sales Officer. At Foley Family Wines Ryan spent three years building national, regional, state and market level pricing & promotions as well as strategic planning and corporate strategy throughout the organization. Before leaving to focus on cannabis Ryan served as Chief Sales Officer of Global Sales at Foley Family Wines, where he drove growth to more than 1.4 million cases and $220 million in revenue.

Throughout his extensive and impressive career Ryan has mastered traditional Brand Building, Management & Marketing with knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, S&OP Forecasting and Demanding Planning. He is well versed in “Trademarketing’s” evolution into “Shopper Marketing” discipline as well as understanding National Sales teams for both Retail & On Sale channels. All the while managing P&L’s in excess of $480 million+ in annual revenue with global sales experience in North America, South America, Europe, and parts of Asia.
